Johnavirexo Co. acts as a vehicle shipping agent that arranges transportation through a network of licensed motor carriers. We coordinate pickup, transit, and delivery on your behalf.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if vehicle size, location, or transport type changes after booking. We strive to honor every quote in good faith.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) is received. Cancellations made before a carrier is dispatched are typically eligible for a full refund. Once dispatched, fees may apply.

4. Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for accurately describing your vehicle's condition and providing access for pickup. Existing damage should be documented before transport.

5. Insurance & Liability

Carriers in our network maintain cargo insurance. Claims for transit damage must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery and submitted promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Johnavirexo Co. is not the motor carrier and is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the assigned carrier beyond what is recoverable under the carrier's insurance.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
